Jerry Lynn Braddock, Sr. appeals from a judgment of conviction for the offense of murder. A jury determined his guilt and assessed punishment at imprisonment for thirty-five years. He appeals, contending that the trial court erred in: (1) failing to file findings of fact and Conclusions of law as to the voluntariness of oral statements made by him to law enforcement officers at the scene of the crime; and (2) allowing the introduction of oral statements made by him to one particular law enforcement officer because he was not properly warned.
